Cancellation Policy
At Rococo, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Booking fees & deposits
Booking fees and deposits are non-refundable.
If you provide 48 hours or more notice, your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment.
Late cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of the booking fee or deposit.
Missed appointments
Failure to attend your appointment without notice may result in 100% of the treatment cost becoming payable.
Repeat cancellations
Clients who repeatedly cancel at short notice or fail to attend appointments may be asked to pay in full at the time of booking for future appointments.
Exceptional circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies can happen. Where appropriate, we reserve the right to exercise discretion.
